Be advocates for the startup scene in Malaysia
Help identify and acquire new business leads across diverse industries
Connect team competencies with business requirements and help make sense of them to clients
Be well-versed and prepared in pitching internal products and services to brands
Maintain fruitful long-term relationships with existing clients
Day-to-day Duties
Conduct constant research online and in social media to spot potential business leads and new markets the company can explore
Communicate with potential clients to establish good rapport and arrange for meetings
Prepare presentation decks for pitching, reports, and feedback to upper management
Identify candidates for open positions within the company and manage the recruitment process including initial assessments and interviews
Assist in developing sales goals for the teams and ensuring they are met
Strengthen the internal processes to ensure a more efficient and effective operation in the company
Maximise internal PR efforts through research and monitoring the media
Successful candidates shall possess:
