If not, then we will destroy it by purging it from our electronic, manual, and other filing systems according to our internal procedures and schedules.

Social Media Platform Integrations

As part of our social media management services, we connect to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok via their respective official APIs. All data accessed from these platforms is used exclusively to provide analytics and reporting services to our clients. It is never shared publicly or sold, and is accessible only to authorised OpenMinds staff.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

LinkedIn

We access post content, performance metrics, and where applicable paid advertising data from LinkedIn Company Pages managed on behalf of our clients, solely for the purpose of analytics and client reporting. TikTok

We access account profile information and video performance data from TikTok accounts connected by our clients, solely for the purpose of analytics and client reporting. You may revoke our access at any time via TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app authorisations. Platform Access

Access to our analytics services is restricted to authorised OpenMinds personnel using company-issued email accounts. We do not store passwords.

Data Stored

Data derived from connected social media accounts is stored in a secure database and retained for as long as the account remains active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 21 working days.
