As the Content Creator & Brand Communications, you will serve as our primary brand ambassador and evangelist. You’ll take the cool, technical stuff we do every day and turn it into thumb-stopping content. Whether it’s trendjacking a viral moment, capturing a 'day in the life' of our team, or turning our leaders into industry icons, you’ll be the one making sure the world knows our name, what we do best and how we can help their businesses.
In this role, you will not only produce high-quality digital content but also strategize how our brand is perceived across social platforms like, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and our internal blog, ensuring our brand image is both professional and trend-aware. Beyond content creation, you will champion our culture internally and represent us externally, empowering our team to be brand ambassadors and positioning our leadership as authoritative voices in the industry.
Four (4) primary responsibilities:
- Own Our Narrative (Strategic Brand Positioning)
You won’t just post; you’ll plan. You will build and run a PR and social media roadmap that moves us from "just another company" to a recognized industry authority. You’ll ensure that every piece of content, from a LinkedIn thought-piece to a 3rd party media feature screams excellence and keeps our brand top-of-mind for clients and peers alike. - Move at the Speed of Social (Content & Trendjacking)
You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of the digital landscape. We want you to be the first to spot a trend and the best at "trendjacking" it to keep us relevant. You’ll balance professional credibility with creative, "thumb-stopping" content, ensuring our technical know-how is translated into high-engagement posts that beat the algorithms. - Amplify Our Expertise (Thought Leadership)
You will be the voice behind our vision. You’ll work closely with our leaders and industry experts to turn their deep knowledge into high-value narratives, articles, and speaking engagements. By showcasing our best case studies and "know-how," you’ll position our executives as the go-to authoritative voices in the marketplace. - Build an Army of Ambassadors (Internal Advocacy & Culture)
Great PR starts from within. You’ll lead our "Internal PR" by turning our team into brand fans. By capturing "day-in-the-life" moments and celebrating internal wins, you’ll help our employees share their journey online, creating a magnetic employer brand that makes the best tech talent in the industry want to work here.
