This role is aggressively focused on driving revenue through the sale of Constant Contact, DotDigital and other SaaS licenses. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, prioritising aggressive lead generation, cold outreach, and the cultivation of long-term professional networks to close deals with end-users.

Four (4) primary responsibilities:

  1. Drive New Business: Actively lead in identifying, responding to, and meeting with new business leads to secure sales for our licensed SaaS products.
  2. High-Impact Pitching: Deliver high-energy and purposeful pitches of our internal products and services to brands, ensuring a strong value proposition that meets core objectives and solves real problems.
  3. Network & Relationship Building: Proactively build a strong professional network and maintain fruitful long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent license renewals and referrals.
  4. Close Sales: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive KPIs and sales targets through persistence and effective negotiation.

Day-to-day Duties

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Take the initiative to generate leads via online/offline channels, industry events, and active networking to tap into new markets; always keeping pipeline filled with the ICP.
  • Direct Outreach: Execute consistent follow-ups and cold outreach through calling, emails, and other direct means to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Pitch Deck Preparation: Create and lead presentation decks for pitching, ensuring every presentation is compelling and focuses on closing the deal.
  • Strategic Networking: Establish rapport and set up meetings with potential clients through networking to drive immediate interest and conversion.
  • Relationship Management: Oversee deliverables to ensure client expectations are met, fostering trust for long-term retention.
  • Reporting & Accountability: Provide consistent feedback on sales performance and practice full transparency regarding work-related matters.

Successful candidates shall possess:

  • 2 years of experience in executing Digital Marketing campaigns (could be gained through working experience in a digital marketing agency or an in-house digital marketing team).
  • Added value if experience in selling CRM products and knowledge in Technology development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels
