These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by OM Connect Sdn Bhd (1017397-U) (“OpenMinds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
Our services are provided exclusively to authorised personnel of OpenMinds and its clients. Access is restricted to company-issued accounts. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Authorised Access
You may not share your access credentials with any unauthorised person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Connected Social Media Accounts
Our services may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to enable performance analytics. By connecting an account, you authorise us to access and retrieve data from that platform on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the respective platform.
You may revoke platform access at any time through the relevant platform’s account settings. Revocation will prevent further data retrieval but will not automatically delete data already collected.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and materials made available through our services are the property of OpenMinds or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our services without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenMinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify authorised users of material changes through our usual communication channels.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
